Event Coordination
You’re having a party! We love a good party here at The Poppy and The Peony, and we would like nothing more than to help yours be everything you have dreamed of. We can help you as much or as little as you would like - coordination is flexible to your needs and budget. We can be there from day 1 (or day 2 if it’s a wedding; you should enjoy that day of engagement as a couple, not a trio). Let us help you with budget creation, and the selection of vendors. Bring us in to help craft favors and escort cards, or roadtrip along as you select your finery. We can help with event etiquette and hotel blocks. We are excellent personal stylists, non-judgemental ears, and skilled navigators of family stressors, so put us to use! Or, perhaps you have everything squared away, and you just need someone there during those last few weeks so you can actually enjoy the days leading up to your event. We will be there for you to create a detailed timeline, wrangle all of your vendors and family, and oversee all matters on the day of your event, including all set up and tear down. Regardless of how much you need us, our job is to be your advocate and cheerleader and help make sure the day is exactly as you envision.
Beginning at $2,300. This does not include travel or lodging.
Event Design
Walt Disney once explained that “there is no magic in magic. It is all in the details”. We understand details at The Poppy and The Peony. It is our priority to learn about you and your event, so we can help you bring your vision to life. Event design goes beyond finding a florist who will create lovely arrangements - we take the time to consider every element that will best tell the story of you, even if you don’t quite know how you want that story to look yet. We will help you think about stationary design, linen color and textures, ribbon choices, clothing options, seating details, even which flowers will compliment you the best - all of the little elements that build something truly magical.
Beginning at $1,500. Please keep in mind that this does not include the rental or purchase of any decor or item.
